We hired this business to pressure wash our house. OMG they did a fantastic job. The house looks new again. They do great work at a fair price. We highly recommend them!
I luckily ran across King Legacy when I did a google search for landscapers in Gainesville. Kings Legacy was the only company I called to actually answer their phone. Ramiel came out the next day to give me an estimate. We had landscaping done in front of our entry gate, installed some sod, had a paver planter boarder built and some irrigation repair. The project took three days. Ramiel and his crew did an amazing job. Their work is top notch with an attention to detail. Ramiel communicated with me daily and he came when he said he was and finished timely. The crew was very friendly and professional. The landscaping and planter boarder look amazing. I would highly recommend King Legacy Services. We hope to use their services for regular yard maintenance.

Ramiel Reyes, the owner and his staff are wonderful to work with. They are always ontime and professional. We had them power wash our metal roof which now looks brand new. They cleaned our screened enclosure around our pool deck and power washed and re painted the pool deck. We also had them reseal the super gutter that had issues with leaking. Everything came out awesome. Ramiel is a stickler for making sure we are pleased with their work. He always inspects the work at the end and will have the workers come back if he is not satisfied. For the quality of their work their pricing is more than reasonable. We will certainly look to King Legacy for other projects. Highly recommended.
After many incidents trying to redo our landscaping we finally got lucky and hired Kings Legacy. They were incredibly professional, insightful and careful with our newly renovated home. It was a big job but they manage to do it ahead of our deadline. I’m so happy with the results, this house looks incredible! Highly recommended!!

We needed major landscaping done one of our old properties and they responded to our request quickly and were very friendly. We were very satisfied with their work product and professionalism. The owner used to be head of a janitorial crew at the school I run and he always did an amazing job. No crew has done so well since he left to start his own business, Kings Legacy. So when I needed help getting my jungle of a backyard back under control after a year of neglect, I knew who to call. His team did an exceptional job for a fair price. I'll be using them again for sure!!
I used Kings Legacy to clean my patio, driveway and pressure wash my siding. They did a fantastic job. The owner came out and gave me his recommendations, was very reasonable and transparent with the price, and was very careful not to damage our landscape. I'll use them again in the future.

I am not a customer. But I happened to observe a jobsite; the crew was very conscientious about keeping leaves, grass and so forth off the street. Then they scooped up the refuse. Good signs. (I have no connection with the company whatsoever.)
They did a wonderful job installing two pallets of sod today and renovating our beds while also installing pine bark mulch. We are impressed with how the yard looks now and the yard hints we were given.

Very professional and timely. They were able to arrange a next day pressure washing. I was texted when they were on their way with an ETA and the name of the employee. Hector did a fantastic job. It looked almost as good as if I repainted the external walls.
